R&R Personal Care Service is licensed through the Department of Community - Healthcare Facility Regulation Division. Our services are customized to fit the client's specific needs. Services include, but are not limited to, the following:*bathing * mouth care * hair care * nail care * skincare * shaving * dressing * feeding * positioning * transferring * ambulation * exercise * toileting * medication reminding * vital signs and blood pressure.
* providing companionship, friendship and emotional support;
* teaching/performing meal planning and preparation;
* assisting with special, written diet plans and reinforcing diet maintenance, which is provided under the direction of a Physician;
* escorting or transporting clients to medical facilities, errands, shopping and outings;
* shopping for essential items on client's behalf such as groceries and cleaning supplies;
* performing errands such as picking up medication and posting mail;
* reading essential material to clients;
* assisting clients with communication by writing or typing correspondence.
