It is with a heavy heart I write this review. It is not to disparage Karla's business but to warn potential and existing clients that she will not fully stand by damage her crew incurs. Please look elsewhere for your cleaning needs. If you want details, please read on.

During their second visit on Aug. 3, 2016, Karla's crew damaged our stove top by using something abrasive. Both the enamel and surrounding chrome was severely and noticeable scratched, damage that did not exist the morning of their arrival, and immediately noticed by all household members the evening of their departure. After Karla personally inspected the damage and arranged a repair estimate from the manufacturer, she did the right thing and offered to cover the damage, only to change her mind days later, stating she would only repair the damaged enamel and not the chrome. Adding insult to our injury, she accused us of creating the damage and take advantage of her. I have no problem paying for damage we create, I actually spent some pretty pennies this summer repairing various things around the house, but on principle, I prefer not to pay for damage I know happened due to someone else's negligence.

We welcomed Karla's presence during the repair, but without the courtesy of our permission, she brought a team of four along, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere in our home and bullying me into paying 2/3 of the repair costs. There are further details that underscore the unpleasantness of this experience but I've said what I came to say. Please hire this company at your own risk. Oh, I should add, they did not do a good job of cleaning either - skipped an entire room, didn't make all the beds, only wiped around objects and left cobwebs everywhere, but none of that caused permanent damage...
