About Quality Health Services

Personal Care or Aide services are provided by a qualified Home Health Aide, Nurse Aide or Certified Nurse Aide on an intermittent basis or for extended hours including over night or live-in. These services are covered by most payors, including Medicare/medicaid or private pay, when other skilled services are also being provided. Aides are supervised by Registered Nurses. Personal assistant services include;
 Companion services
 Personal Care Services
 Respite services(Relief for families)
 Medicationreminders and pick-up  Escort to Doctors appointments/shopping  Assistance with Activities of Daily Living  Light House Keeping  Light Meal preparation and much more. We also provide Home Health Skilled Nursing; Skilled nursing (SN) services are provided on an intermittent basis and are covered by most payors, including Medicare. These services are provided by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). LPNs and LVNs are supervised by a Registered Nurse Physical Therapy (PT); PT services are provided by a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) on an intermittent basis and are covered by most payors, including Medicare. PTAs are supervised by a PT. These services include, but are not limited to gait training, strength training, and provision of a home exercise program. Occupational Therapy (OT) OT services are provided by a licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on an intermittent basis and are covered by most payors, including Medicare. COTAs are supervised by an OT. These services include, but are not limited to upper body strength training, improving range of motion skills and provision of a home exercise program. Private Duty Nursing (PDN) must be ordered by your physician (The Nurse stays in your Home for the duration approved by your payer) Our goal is to help medically fragile, technology-assisted children not only live but thrive at home in a peaceful environment with their families. We provide our clients and their families with compassionate, quality care and support. Our pediatric home care nurses are adequately trained to handle complex situations and help to reduce the rate of hospitalizations
