Update: I just spoke to the Manager Darlene who has a nasty ATTITUDE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY ANIMALS FROM THIS STORE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND MESSY. DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS.. STAY AWAY...BUYERS BE AWARE TRUST ME. THEY SUCK AS A COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE DOGS OR CONSUMERS....

Buyers PLEASE BE AWARE. Its sad when it becomes more about the MONEY then the DOGS.Me and my cousin LEASED TWO dogs from this company on 6/7/18.I bought the dog to surprise my son because he did so well in school. I was taken in by cuteness of the dog. I have never owned a dog before and was excited. My son came home that weekend and his asthma flared up due to the dogs which is very disappointing I did not know that it would have effected him so badly. So I called and spoke to Steven that Saturday. He told me that the owner was out and they would have gotten back to me. Here we are 5 days later and no one has reached out to me. I then called the leasing company to see what options I have in returning the pet since I haven't made a payment yet. The leasing company give me the option to buy out the animal or pay a high penalty of $1350. I said to them if I had that type of money why would I lease a dog. I would have brought him out right. So the rep told me that they would try to reach out to retailers to see what is there return policy. The rep called me back and they said that they were not able to get hold of anyone at the store to discuss this manner. So now I am just playing the waiting the game. It sad that this company sells dogs dont have a return policy that can accommodate the buyer and the dog. Now I get that once the dog leaves the building that you are not sure what they can pick up but they make it seem as if they establishment is the cleanest. The same way I trust that this dog is up to date the same way you can take my word. Or they can have policy in place that they would need to get the dog checked to make sure it's in good health and you will charged a fee depending on when the dog was brought back. I have been trying to find a home for the dogs since that Saturday. SMH not good business practice. Its just sad I am out of a lot of money for an animal I cannot keep. Also be aware of leasing a dog dont get caught up like me.. Save yourself the headache and money go to a shelter at least they would be more accommodating and it won't jack up your credit...Lesson learned. Please be Aware......
