Puddleduck Farm Daycare

A unique opportunity to have your children cared for by a seasoned British Nanny/Daycare provider. I have over 25 years of childcare experience, I am a 200 hour registered children's yoga teacher and I hold a Law Degree from England.

I offer a unique farm setting, with an in-house yoga studio, art room, large play area and a huge outdoor space for outdoor play. My philosophy is to treat your children in such a loving and nurturing way, that it feels more like they are visiting a favorite aunt, rather than being sent off to daycare.
The children follow a daily schedule and also have enrichments, such as baking, art, yoga, science. They get to care for the chicken and ducks, and play an integral part in the running of the farm.

When the weather is good we spend a large portion of the day outside. If the weather is cold, we try to bundle up and play outside, unless it is too cold.

Each child learns in different ways, and I thoroughly enjoy finding the best way to teach and educate my little friends, in a way that is kind, supportive and very effective. The children in my care always meet or exceed kindergarten readiness goals set by the school district. Their day to day schedule is so well rounded that they look forward to coming to Puddleduck farm, and see it as a treat, rather than an upsetting experience, that can happen in certain daycare settings.

I am only going to offer three spots in my home at this time. I feel like I can offer an unparalleled quality of care by taking less children.

I am happy to consider just providing care for one family.

Upon arrangement, I can offer weekend daycare for vacations and trips for families.
