I spoke with the owner of the company who is a nurse. She is very nice and eager to assist us with our needs. We were able to meet with the employee who would be working with us. I was leery as this is a new company, but everyone has been very helpful. I also like the fact that although they are closed on the weekend the owner herself makes it a point to respond either by calling back or texting, just to ensure that everything is okay and let us know she cares about our concerns.
