This is the worst pet grooming place in Stillwater. We took our dog there based on the below comments and because they said they filed their nails. When we picked up our puppy, they had cut her nails so short that she bled and there were cuts on her stomach. They neglected to tell us ANY of that information when we picked her up and then wouldn't let me speak to the woman who groomed her when I called in. I eventually sent my fiance there to confront her and she showed no signs of sympathy or customer service by saying "Dogs nails get clipped all the time - not my fault" And accused my dog of biting her - which would never happen, and if it did, its because she cut them too short to where she was bleeding - on multiple paws. I am infuriated with the service I received there and I do not recommend anyone going there. Take your dogs to Petco or any other place in town. Same price and they will actually treat you and your dog with respect.
