Dana comes to PREMIER PET SERVICES, AZ, with 16 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician. She is also Pet CPR/First Aid Certified.Her adventure with pets began when she was hired by her family Veterinarian to clean the kennels after school. Dana's combined passion for pets, love of medicine, and strong work ethic quickly earned her the position of Veterinary Technician. She also proudly volunteered for Liberty Wildlife, assisting in surgery and rehabilitation of some of Arizona's injured wildlife, including a fox, barn owl, and an eagle. Dana also worked as a Kennel Manager at Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital, in addition to her position as Veterinary Technician, and understands the benefits and downfall's to boarding pets in a kennel. If a client elects to board their pet in a kennel, she only recommends doing so in a kennel located in a Veterinary Hospital, or one that has a Veterinarian on site.



In college, Dana studied Animal Science/Pre-Vet. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, in Painting. She currently paints pet portraits by commission. After college, Dana continued her work as a Veterinary Technician. Her compassion and dedication for pet care led her to work at some of the Valley's top Veterinary Hospitals. Eventually, she wanted to broaden her horizon's, by incorporating her past experience with animals and her passion for pet care. She started PREMIER PET SERVICES, AZ, strictly by Veterinary Hospital referrals from her previous employers. Dana still keeps very close relationships with 2 of those hospitals, Horizon Animal Hospital & Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital.
