All our sitters and nannies are over age 18 and have at least 2 years of child care experience. Every sitter/nanny has had a full background check, driving record, references and copies of their certifications, which are at minimum CPR and first aid. We are licensed, insured and bonded and that transfers to all our staff.Our process always begins with a meeting between the family and their sitter so that they can get to know each other better and make sure that they are a good match. Also during this meeting you would receive copies of all the above mentioned information for your nanny. We are not an agency, there are no hidden fees or waiting lists or anything that you have ever disliked about going through an agency. We charge flat hourly rates which are based on each families needs. This rate would only be charged for the hours that your nanny works and you would be billed weekly either via mail or email. Also, at the end of the year we can provide you with our tax id so that you can claim your child care credit as well. Please do not hesitate to call us and get more information.
