Preferred Home Health Solutions, LLC is a fully licensed and insured company that provides non-medical Personal and Supportive Home Care to individuals that wish to remain independent in their own homes in Central Wisconsin. Our staff are carefully selected to ensure continuity of care and quality that we would expect for our own families. Each caregiver we employ has undergone extensive background checks including criminal history through the State of Wisconsin as well as pre-employment and random drug testing. Our services are available to people of all ages, physical conditions and cognitive disabilities. Services can be scheduled from 1 our to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Many times we are able to be the option of independence over placement in a nursing home or assisted living. And what's best, is you or your loved one receive one-on-one care. Preferred Home Health Solutions, LLC takes a team approach in caring for our clients. We often work in conjunction with other skilled nursing agencies, hospice agencies and/or other organizations to ensure all needs are met. Our services range from hands on Personal Care with assistance in bathing, dressing, hygiene, ambulation, transfers etc., to Supportive Home Care with assistance with housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, laundry, etc. At Preferred Home Health Solutions, LLC we partner with our clients and families in the planning and implementation of their care.
