Jordan (the owner) and his crew didn't do a very good job cleaning my rental property. They left cobwebs, stains on the floors, dirty appliances, and other messes intact. When I mentioned it to him afterward, he dismissed nearly all my complaints in an email and insisted that my property looked "100% better". I beg to differ. Shoddy workmanship and very unprofessional. There are too many cleaners out there to settle for this guy.

The job we were hired for was a 2 day job, day 1 clean out trash/furniture/appliances some of which were frozen to the ground outside, there was no heat in the home with temps outside in the teens, the chemicals used to clean do not work properly, Ryan agreed to our estimate, however on the day of the clean, Ryan called complaining that this would take two days, and on the quoted price. He was remodeling the property and as he stated "wanted a once over" on the fixtures to be replaced.
There were no cobwebs left or shoddy workmanship, we filled a 10 yard dumpster before even being able to clean the home.
I know of others who have worked for Ryan and have had similar complaints. He was unwilling to take Professional advice about how to go about cleaning this home. I responded via email because of his Unprofessional, offensive and rude behavior on the phone while working.
