I had an initial one-time cleaning done recently. Booking was easy. The person that came to clean was very nice and on time. She did an okay job. It was a very basic clean. I had to pull out and vacuum behind and undernrath my dog kennel, blanket basket, an other items along the walls. The areas beside the refrigerator were not swept and my bathroom mirrors were foggy. I then had to vaccum all of my blinds and windows then had to call the office to have them remove the extra charge from my bill. For almost $400 I expected a deep clean. It was a decent job but nothing I couldn't have done myself. I honestly wouldn't have paid a service for such a general and basic clean.

Horrible Horrible company! They don't know the definition of clean! They overcharge AND try to scam additional money from you by asking for an extra hour when I doubt they do any cleaning for the 4hrs you get initially. Almost $500 to clean just to come home and have to literally sweep your door way because of the piles of trash THEY left. Do not waste your time giving them a chance to fix it either because they'll just try and scam you out of more money!

Do not recommend! My house was literally how I left it ! Waste of $250 and they will call you and charge you more because the maids be outside on the phone and not cleaning

WOW, WOW, WOW, A-MA-ZING!!!! April, Tiffany and Brittany are simply AMAZING. They did an excellent job cleaning my home!! Thorough is an understatement, my baseboards, blinds and cracks of my sofas have never looked better! Very professional, even through a broken a/c unit, sorry again ladies! I highly recommend this company and the 3 ladies that worked a miracle on my home!

If you are looking for a professional to come out and clean your home DO NOT use Precision Clean of Fayetteville

I used their clean out sevice 4/13/18. I was out of town at the time. When I came back Sunday to walk through the house, I was highly disappointed to find that I didn't receive a precision cleaning. My husband and I ended up cleaning floors, cabinets and the side of the fridge the night before our rental move out walk-through. I called them Monday to discuss with them the areas that where missed, big misses. The receptionist was nice and told me to email her pictures which I did. A few hours after I sent the email she called and told me the manager, Tiffany, said because my husband did the walk-through after they cleaned that there was nothing they could do about it. When my husband did the walk-through he assumed what was left behind were stains because professional cleaners just went through and cleaned the house. They were not stains and I was able to easily remove everything they failed to clean. The receptionist told me there was nothing they could do and that she was sorry. She constantly kept apologizing but offered no solution and told me that "that was that" basically and her manager, Tiffany, wasn't going to change her mind. I didn't pay $305 for me to have to go back and clean after professional cleaners just went through.

I have still NOT heard form the manager, Tiffany or the owner, Charlotte Mixon.

Save your money and DO NOT go with this company.

They have also deleted my reviews on Facebook which tells me they have no intention on fixing anything.

I have been absolutely impressed with the thorough service I have received from Precesion Cleaning Service. Suzanne has been my primary service provider; she has been by far the best I have experienced after multiple cleaning services. I have been surprised each time she comes after realizing that she leaves no area untouched. She has cleaned areas of my home I would have never thought of. Her attention to detail definitely has made my home a more healthy environment to live. Try this company! You will be pleasantly surprised by the character, care and professionalism.

I have been a client of Precision Cleaning for about 6 months. Brittany provides my services and she is AWESOME. Brittany is very professional and ALWAYS arrives on time. Brittany comes prepared and gets right to work. She does not dally or take breaks. She is very diligent and methodical in her cleaning methods. The Precision Cleaning Admin Staff are also very professional. They are helpful and considerate when making client requested scheduling changes. I highly recommend this cleaning service.

Charlotte was extremely helpful from quote to appointment (and even rescheduling). She is kind, professional and dedicated. Emma has been to our house 3 times now, and each time we are more and more impressed with her work. We have 1 child and 3 dogs, so our house needs a helping hand every few weeks! She lets us know when things need our attention and she puts the extra special magical touch on the things that need her attention. She has always been professional, met our requests, and been timely. I have recommended Precision Clean to our friends and will continue to do so. Thanks Charlotte and Emma!
