Whenever I begin services in a new home, I recommend an initial, deep-cleaning service, although, it may not be needed in some instances.

My initial, deep-cleaning service includes:

Bathrooms -
Thorough cleaning of bathtub, shower, sinks, mirrors, cabinets, toilet, baseboards, light switches, etc. and floors are swept and mopped.

Bedrooms -
Linens are changed (if customer leaves out clean linen), beds made, furniture dusted (polished if needed or desired), window sills, baseboards, ceiling fan, light switches, etc. are thoroughly cleaned, and floors are vacuumed (or swept and mopped).

Kitchen -
Counters, cabinets, stove top, microwaves are thoroughly wiped down, interiors of oven and microwave, thoroughly cleaned, if requested, window sills, baseboards, light switches, etc. are thoroughly cleaned, and floors are swept and mopped.

Living room -
Baseboards, window sills, ceiling fan, light switches, etc. are thoroughly cleaned, furniture is vacuumed or wiped down, and floors are vacuumed (or swept and mopped).

Monthly scheduled cleaning services are similar to my initial deep-cleaning service.

Routine scheduled weekly and bi-weekly cleaning services include:
