Taylor Greenberg Goldy is a RISD Apparel Design 2016 graduate and a current
Functional Apparel Design Research Fellow at the Wyss Institute for Biologically
Inspired Engineering at Harvard University. At Harvard, Taylor works with a team
of designers, engineers, bio-mechanists, and entrepreneurs focused on creating
wearable robotics to augment and restore human performance.
A true believer in cross-disciplinary research and collaboration, Taylor's
past experience at NASA and Design for America allowed her to learn, and
collaborate with a multi-disciplined team. By becoming a mentor for MIT's
Design for America club, guest critiquing at RISD, and speaking at design
education conferences, Taylor is in tune with what schools look for in college
applications and what current students are working on. Additionally, after
completing the graduate school application process last year, she now has a
wealth of knowledge in masters applications for both engineering and design.
Taylor was recently accepted into Harvard's Masters of Design Engineering
program, a dual masters degree between the Graduate School of Design and
School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. She has the expertise to guide
and advocate through the undergraduate and graduate university application
process.
