We've been using this service for several weeks now. For the most part they had been doing a good job. My husband noticed a few missed piles a few times but that happens. Our normal scoop day is Thursday but I asked if they could come out Friday this week and they agreed. Today, Friday morning, I get a message that they have decided to no longer service our town. The same day they were supposed to be here. We have a party here tomorrow so now we are scrambling to find another service to come last minute or do it ourselves. That may not seem like a big deal except most of these services only go to specific areas on certain days, and it's really CRAPPY to give such short notice to your customers. Even telling us yesterday would have made such a difference. I even told them about the party and asked if they could still try to come out today, but no. Asked why they couldn't give us more of a heads up, no response. That's awful customer service.
