I have been doing business with PM for years, however, as of late, well, let me just post my letter to them.
I have tried to contact you several times by phone and email with no response. My yard has not been picked up for what looks like 8 weeks. My caregiver picked up the yard and collected half of a 13-gal bag full. As a result, I have no other choice but to terminate service, this termination also includes the startup of Discount Pooper Scooper. I expect a refund of $112 from you and $79 from Discount. I'm sorry to have to do this, but you left me no other choice. If I can't communicate, I can't do business. Discount Pooper Scooper is a sister company that does the same thing.

Fraud and scammers. DO NOT USE. They never do the service, continue to charge you even when no services are provided. Does not answer phone calls or emails. Only way to stop them is to change your banking information.

Shady company. Made entry into customers yard while my techs were there performing our weekly maintenance of the customers property. The guy walked past my techs to her yard, missed 50% of what was there and then left, never saying 1 word.
Contacted my customer and she has not authorized anyone but my company, Poo Pirates Vegas, to perform services at her house. Poop Magicians are phone magicians because they disappear when trying to contact them. Why have a phone that you don't answer. Why use a company that you can't get a hold of if something is wrong?
If you want a waste removal company that actually works with the community and wants to provide a better home for your beloved pets then look up Poo Pirates Vegas. We actually answer our phones, emails, and texts and we are THE STANDARD when it comes to caring for your family.

This company has been nothing short of amazing. I have been a customer for years and last night the owner came out to take care of our yard, he is an amazing person & cares about his customers!

SCAM! They have continuously debited my bank card for payment but no one has come to render service! I've called, emailed several times! No response... don't you dare do business with them. You'll be sorry
