About
Pomme d Api is a brand new French Immersion Daycare located in Northwest Portland.
Licensed from the State of Oregon as a Certified Family Child Care Home, we welcome children from 3 months old to 4 years old.
Our curriculum is both experience and typical learning environment based and integrates French language and culture.We sing, dance, do art, talk, problem solve, learn about shapes, numbers and the alphabet, and do a whole lot more each and every day. We have active play, quieter play and quiet/nap time daily. We emphasize social and self-help skills. Our group is varied in ages and stages so children will experience a family type environment. All activities are developmentally appropriate for children and are presented in a manner that optimizes the natural learning curve of the individual child as well as the class as a whole.
It is our goal to provide an environment that will allow children to feel good about themselves, their daycare experience and the world around them.
