please do NOT use pocono proclean. Kaylin stole $500+ of our linens and neither are reimbursing us.
Story: In our rental property, they were taking our sheets/towels "to be washed" at their property when we have an amazing washer/dryer in our property that we showed them to use. On August 5 and August 19, Kaylin came to clean (once with a man and the other time with other people who we do not know). They never brought items into our rental property and left with BAGS of our stuff. We came to check on the property and the entire property was NOT cleaned well, sheets on wrong size bed, soiled sheets on the bed, trash on the ground, and every back up in our pantry gone. (3 king sheets sets, 3 queen sets, 4 full sets, 2 twin sets, and towels).
Dana does not know where they are. Kaylin doesn't respond to us. Dana said "they disappeared" or might be at another rental property! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?! We just want our money and they aren't communicating. Steer clear.
