I am a licensed PK-3rd grade general ed., special ed. and Montessori teacher with over 10 years of classroom teaching experience (in a preschool classroom).
I am taking this school year off to stay home with my children. Before having kids and beginning my teaching career, I was a nanny for several years. I have taught for over 10 years in a public preschool setting and also have experience working in a private preschool.
At this time I am accepting children who are at least one year old. I am providing care for a maximum of three children at any given time. With a low adult to child ratio, your child will receive plenty of attention.
Our days will be filled with time for play and learning both inside and outside. There are opportunities for active play and quiet time. We will read books, sing songs, explore sensory materials and try some art projects.
