SCAM!!!! Never try to do business with the "so-called" Pleasurable Cleaning service. Purchased Groupon. NEVER got a call back. Out $100

I purchased the Groupon after contacting Pleasurable Cleanings to make sure I could get an appointment on 1/18/14. Olivia said I could, so we scheduled an appointment for that day and I purchased the Groupon. On 1/18/14, the cleaning service was a no-show. I called, but got no answer, so I left a voicemessage. I called again later that day, and a different woman picked up saying that Olivia had to cancel and forgot to call me about it. I gave her my number and asked if she would call me back to reschedule for sometime that week. They never called back. I called for the 4th time a few days later, and still no one has gotten back with me.
I needed to use this cleaning service before an event, but that date has already passed.
I request a refund from Groupon, but more than wanting a refund, I just wanted someone to come help me clean my house! I do no recommend this service to anyone, based on poor customer service.

Ditto to everything that the others have said. DO NOT purchase a service from this person. She finally returned my calls after I left 3 messages. We scheduled an appointment before I went into the hospital to have a baby. She called to confirm and never showed up. I ended up having to do all of the work w/ my husband. I had rearranged everything around that appointment. Thank goodness groupon refunded my money.

She doesn't deserve one star. I am in finals week, my house was a mess, I cleaned it top to bottom ( minus the stuff I needed her to do) and I cancelled an appointment, and I paid for my son to go I to childcare. She never showed up. I called three times, left a messages and emailed her. No response at all. Getting a refund through groupon.

Ditto what everyone else has said! Took 5 calls before she finally called me back and then didn't show up for our appointment. Never returned my calls! I got a refund from livingsocial.com. Just noticed she has another Groupon today- DON'T BUY IT!!

Same story as below. TERRIBLE "COMPANY/BUSINESS," and I use that term loosely. This place not only tried to give me the run around for months trying to schedule an appointment, but then is a no after an appoitment is finally scheduled. They did not even have the professional courtesy to notify me they would not be showing up and refused to answer phone calls and text messages. I would give them 0 STARS if possible. I will be contacting the online service I purchased from and getting a refund.

The company does not put much effort into any return calls and did not show for appointment made on two occasions. Very difficult to get response if any. Seemed unwilling to give us our purchased cleaning and indifferent to our request to provide the cleaning we bought.

I purchased a coupon for this company's services through Dealchicken.com. I had trouble contacting the company and they never showed up for my scheduled cleaning. I was able to get a refund from Dealchicken.com.
