Residential Cleanings:
Kitchen- we clean the exteriors of all cabinets. clean exterior of all appliances. for additional fee inquire about refrigerator deep clean. For the microwave we wash the interior and exterior. Wash and disinfect all counters, sinks, and backsplashes. We clean stovetops (gas and electric). Vacuum and mop kitchen floors.
Bathrooms- wipe down mirrors, wash and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, showers and tubs. vacuum and mop bathroom floors.
All Rooms- dust shelves, lamps, and pictures. Vacuum and mop floors. Dust and wipe down baseboards, and windowsills. Window cleaning on interior only and within accessible height.
All rooms and surfaces must be cleared off prior to our appointment, unless an organization appointment has also been scheduled ahead of time.
Vacation Rentals:
If you have a rental property, rental, or guest house that you need cleaned, we are happy to do it. If you are inquiring about this service, we require written instructions of the services you would like done 7 days prior to cleaning. We also can do a zoom call or phone call. The reason for this is because we want to ensure that your guests are well taken care of and that we reflect your hospitality well.
Organization:
For additional fees, we can organize. We offer linen closets, reorganizing dressers, maximizing closet space, coat closets, pantry, spice cabinets, and refrigerators. For all other organization needs not specified here, feel free to inquire and we will let you know if we can meet your organizational needs.
Pricing:
Standard cleaning services: $60/hr for both of us. we work as a team. We accept cash or check. Remember we are using non toxic cleaning supplies that usually cost more than unhealthy ones.
For Organizational Add-Ons with a cleaning we charge $15/hr more ($75/hr). For just organization and no standard cleaning, we charge $30/hr.
