I want the children that come to the daycare to become acquainted with their feelings and learn how to deal with and control their feelings in a positive way. I work with the children so that they can develop to their full potential when it comes to doing work and playing. I also create a atmosphere for the children so that they enjoy coming to daycare everyday and are eager to learn. The responsibilities that I hold include planning activities and programs using a curriculum based on discovery, guided exploration and play. A daily routine which children can easily become accustomed to is maintained.
