Hi there!
My name is Iryne. I am a Communication Studies student at UMUC and expect to graduate come Dec. 2016.
I am also a mother of three boys; my youngest turned four this past August. During the past two years, I have spent time volunteering in child care activities when the need arises. I have also spent time tutoring and babysitting for families and friends. In addition to all these, I have been teaching and babysitting kids that range from ages 2-11 at my church (Light House Chapel International Norcross, Ga) every Sunday.
Kids are not just interesting; they are smart, and their brains are like little sponges with an enormous capacity to absorb new material. I feel so fulfilled to have them understand concepts that at the beginning always seem impossible for them to understand. I have coloring pages, worksheets, and other printed study material. I also make use of most resources online, and I have a subscription to IXL which has been very helpful to my kids. I don't intend to create a learning environment only; I will provide childcare services as you deem necessary for your child.
Just in case you are wondering, I also babysit kids below the school age.
