This salon has high standards and trained staff, and great quality of care for any animal including senior dogs, anxious dogs, and proper care for all coat types and skin types. The staff does staff does our best to work with matted and aggressive dogs and we have a very high success rate. The 1 star reviewer on this site posted false information, there are documented admissions that she falsified information on reviews and sites regarding this grooming business because she was upset. They were legally asked to remove reviews on other sites as well.

Having been with Anita since she groomed out of her basement. Her attitude and dealings with the dogs went down hill since opening Platinum. The dog I have now went in for his second grooming and it was a disaster. Anita was very mean to my small dog. yelling at him and scaring him. when I took him off the table he couldn't wait to get to me and he shook so bad. the grooming wasn't completed bc she said he was aggressive which isn't true and can be proven. yet I was ripped off being charged full price. her business manners were horrible. if she had anything to say it should have been away from customers. the first groom 9mos prior was done by someone else and when without any issues. my suggestion is to find another groomer.
