My child care business, reaches out to parents who are concerned about what their child eats. As a Nutritionist, it is very important to feed myself and my family with organic, non GMO food in order to get the correct nutrition for the body. When the body is happy, so is the person in that body.
I am a mother of five children. My sixteen year old is still in my care. I also have six amazing grandchildren, two of whom are twins.
My goal is to keep children healthy by offering good nutrition, moderate exercise, and a clean environment.
Gardening and yoga are offered as part of this program.
