I have known Pinky for over 15 years who thinks does an outstanding job and is a wonderful, funny, fun-loving person. She is a dog lover who is compassionate, professional and really good at her job. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

8 months ago, my dog was groomed at Pinky's Dog Grooming in Shafer, MN. I paid the woman $50 as she charged me 45 for my 8lb dog and then waited for well over a minute for my change back. Instead of giving it to me, she turned her back on me which I felt was my cue to leave, with her tip still in my hand. The cut was less than spectacular. It was uneven and spotty in places that aren't difficult to get to with a razor.

When looking for a new groomer, Pinky and her establishment were recommended. I thanked the man for his suggestion, but also expanded on why I wouldn't use her service again without mentioning the horrible cut, only that she was despicably rude.

Three days later, I received a letter in the mail from Pinky herself along with a check for what she charged me, without the tax or change I never got back in the first place. In her letter she calls me rude, mean-spirited, and cowardly saying that I'M the one damaging her business by practically calling her a thief (which was true). This is highly unprofessional behavior and I would advise all to steer clear of this woman and her deplorable actions as well as her unknowledgeable skills as a groomer.
