How does it work? The Adult Care team, represented by our intake nurse, provides initial evaluation of the client. After assessing the condition and needs of the client, the team coordinates care, monitors progress closely and makes adjustments as needed. The result is, our clients feel well cared for and supported throughout the healing process. We make every attempt to be non-intrusive and supportive of the family and the client. Adult Care staff is equipped with the tele-health system, state of the art monitoring equipment that ensures accurate vital readings and record keeping.
