Just tried out the laundry service. Was very impressed. Everything was neatly wash, dry, and folded in clean new bags. They used every detergent I usually use and requested. Same day service. Will be back next week!

I paid for laundering and folding laundry. I paid for the whole load $51 + tip. Home, when I opened the bags a strong odor of dirty clothes filled up the room. It smelled like the laundry was not washed with detergent and some items smelled way worse than when I took them to the laundromat. None of the items were possible to wear due to persistent deep foul odor.
I literally had to take a shower because it felt like it was engraving to my skin.
I went back to the business and they rewashed 1/4 of laundry but it was not much better. I do not own a washing machine so I had to rewash everything by hand. I still have more than 1/2 to go because it takes time to dry.
The lady was avoiding my questions about owners and refused to make a contact. Once she told me I cannot leave laundry there, I asked to step out of the situation because I would prefer then the owner to contact me so I could deal with him. She became upset and shouted at me.
I filed a complaint with Better Business B.

I do not recommend this laundromat. Your clothes will stink if you have them wash it. My suspension is that they do not use detergent so they can cut corners. It was really a horrible experience. Cheap, cheating, and unethical employees and owner. And odor that will make you gag.
I wish there would be negative rating. THis business do not deserve any starts.
Even Better Business Bureau rates them as "D" - lowest rating.
