TERRRRIBLE PLACE TO GO! I didnt even want to give it one star, but I had no other option!
The groomer is not professional at all! If you have a large dog, forget about it. The head groomer there, Jackie, doesnt have a clue of what she is doing. I scheduled an appointment for the SECOND time with Jackie (after she already messed up first time) thinking, let me give her another chance to see if she can do better this time around. Nope. Not only did the head groomer cancel my appointment i made two weeks in advanced, she canceled my appointment 15 minutes AFTER I dropped off my furr child. Highly digusted in this business and how they operate. Oh and her excuse? "I had too many dogs this morning" Thats great Jackie, wish you told me that weeks ago when we made the appointment.
Thanks, for the inconvenience. Quite frankly, I am glad you called me to tell me you couldnt groom my dog. I dont feel safe taking my dog to your establishment. Nor would I recommend anyone else take their furr child to get groomed here. Have a blessed day!
