Piano And Theory Lessons

MTNA Certified piano instruction; plus music theory. I have 15 plus years experience; and teach children/teens/adults. I teacher various styles: such as classical; popular/jazz; and sacred plus hymn playing. For adults only-- I don't need to schedule lessons weekly, if they would prefer. Teaching children is rewarding, as playing piano helps their focus; their school work; and their self-image. I provide each child with a notebook, and I add instructions to that notebook, such as How To Practice; About Rhythm;, according to their level of playing as they proceed. Fun is involved as well- the children earn stickers on a chart, thereby earning prizes. I tailor the lessons to the needs and the interests of each student.
