I have done this for over 17 years. I have also had experience as an Assistant Director in a large center in Evansville, Indiana. I have 3 children, a son 27, another son 24, and a daughter 17 and have been married 30 years! My philosophy is, let children be children. Between the ages of 0 and 4 I believe they should be given the opportunity to grow and learn at their own pace. Discipline and respect as well as love for others is very important. They have the rest of their lives for books and time tables!:)
