I have used PetsAreInn for my cat monthly for the past two years, and I LOVE this service (so does my cat). Although I have never met the family he stays with, I feel I know them from the notes they send (there is an alternate family when the main family is not available, and he enjoys them too). The PetsAreInn people are very dependable, and the price is reasonable. My cat enjoys his time away and I do not have to worry about him when I am gone. I recommend this service highly!

I have used Pets Are Inn for over 6 years and could not be happier. They completed an extensive interview with me to determine the habits and needs of my 2 dogs. The interview was so thorough that I knew they knew everything possible about the care of my pets. I did not get to meet the host, but they always write lovely notes to me and some even send pictures. My dogs come back relaxed, happy and clean. I know they have been loved and pampered during my many trips. I use the service about 5 times a year!

I would not use this service. I called the service and asked questions about the company. He said they would place my dog in a home and I would not get to meet the family that is taking care of my pet. He says he's been in business for 30 years. He obviously did not like me asking questions. You would not drop your child off at someone's home that you never meet the provider. Seems very weird to me. The guy then said he had to go as he was driving and did not end the call just hung up. Nice!
