Your furbaby is a part of your family and to ensure your furbaby receives the best care possible, I will meet with you and your furbaby for compatibility at no charge. It is important to establish a relationship with you and your furbaby., know and use your commands, have knowledge of your furbaby's routines and play habits.
If at all possible, set meet and greet, 1-hour appointment prior to the service date(s).

About me:
I am a retired Correctional Officer and US Army veteran. I am currently an online student at Eastern Kentucky University to obtain my Bachelor's in Occupational Safety Management. I have three fabulous grown children and three adorable grandchildren. Most of my immediate family live in the SWFL area and I grew up and went to school here. I grew up with shih tzus and malamutes and have owned and rescued several cats and dogs, a Brittany spaniel and a rescue unknown mix.

Duties and Responsibilities:
I will be responsible for entering your home and ensuring the proper care of your furbaby.
I will ensure your furbaby is safe and given adequate attention when you are away from home.

Duties performed:
Perform limited grooming (brushing and combing)
Ensure your furbaby is fed and given water at proper intervals
Make sure that your furbaby is walked several times a day to take care of their personal needs
Take instructions from furbaby owners regarding exercise needs and ensure that they are carried out (see restrictions)
Accompany your furbaby to veterinary doctor s appointments for vaccinations
Clean litter boxes and ensure that they are refilled properly
Dispense and administer medication when instructed by furbaby owner/veterinarian
Play with your furbaby to ensure that they have a feeling of companionship
Observe your furbaby for behavior issues and report them immediately
Make sure that furbaby owners know of any suspected diseases or conditions that your furbaby may be going through.

Restrictions: I will take your furbaby for walks, runs in enclosed yards and play with them using their favorite toys. I cannot stand, run or walk excessively long distances due to a knee injury. I will make certain your furbaby gets an appropriate amount of exercise time and I will bring my own gear specific to my physical limitations to assist me to provide for your furbaby's exercise needs, i.e., folding chair and knee brace.
