Petite Playtime Childcare And Learning Center

Hi I'm Sara! I am a stay at home mom and provide professional child care for a limited number of other children in my home. My husband and I have 3 children, two of which are in school. They are 12, 10 and 2 1/2 years old.

As a mom that worked in the corporate environment for many years, I understand how hard it can be to find the best person to provide care for your little ones. This is one of the reasons I decided to stay at home and start my in-home child care over a year ago. My experience with taking care of children goes far beyond that.

I love children and provide a safe, loving environment. My home has two adjacent rooms dedicated to my in home child care. All toys and bedding are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. I also provide healthy meals and snacks.

During the day we engage in learning just as much as we do play. We read, sing, dance, have interactive and independent play, learn numbers and letters, animal sounds, colors, and so much more. We also do age appropriate art projects. I believe it is the first few years of their life that mold their passion to learn and have the most impact on their success when they start school.

I am looking to provide care for children that are between the ages of 6 months to 2 1/2 years in order tailor the best possible care, growth, and environment possible based on the existing children in my care. I try to keep everyone as close in age as possible as I feel this is important to their development.

On our off time our family is involved in outdoor activities, sports, and good family time. My husband and I rarely take a date night; as we want to spend as much time with our children as we can. They grow up so fast and we want to treasure every moment we can.
