Have been a loyal user of Pet Pals for years. Have to say, I am very dissapointed to say the least. Donita has always told us that someone is here for 45 minutes to an hour at each visit, to feed, let the dogs out, and interact with the dogs. We were gone overnight on Saturday the 21st. We had Pet Pals set to come late Saturday, and then again on Sunday morning. They have had problems with our alarm system in the past, so I pulled up the app on my phone to check and see if they had come yet. They arrived at 8pm, and left at 8:16pm. Sunday morning was the same thing, arriving around 8:20am, and gone by 8:36am. a total of 32 minutes for 2 visits, and left my 2 senior dogs for over 12 hours. Then to find out that They are raising their rates again to $12.50 per dog per visit! I can take them to a very nice kennel for $30 a day combined!! We will no longer use this service as I feel we have been cheated and lied to.

I've been using Pet Pals for over 20 years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. They always do an awesome job and give my dogs lots of loving attention. Donita does an excellent job and I would highly recommend her.

I cannot think of two more exceptional companions for and caretakers of my pets when I have to travel than Donita and Lori of Pet Pals. They truly got to know my pets before they pet sat and they always leave behind a very detailed report on their experiences with my pets. Highly recommended.
