The Mission of Personal Health Care Services is to provide safe, high quality care in the home that is cost effective and tailored to each patient's individual health and personal needs. Our goal is to assist our clients in maintaining their independence in the comfort of their own home, which has been proven to be the optimal healing environment. We understand that every situation is unique and requires different types of care. Our experienced staff will develop a plan of care for each patient. We can help determines a patient's benefits prior to the start of services and accept Medicare, Private Insurance, Long Term Care, Medicaid, and Private Pay - with Competitive Rates. We Provide Professional SKILLED Care to include: On-Call Nurse, Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Home Health Aide, Medical Social Worker, Case management, Companion Care, Psych Nursing, Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA), Med-Aids, and Home Health Aids. Our professional Aides are available to assist clients in their home with bathing and personal grooming to include bathing and dressing, Hair, Nail, and Hygiene Care, Medication Reminders, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Occasional Transportation, Respite Care and Companion care. Hospital Discharge Services are also available. We are Licensed by the State of Nebraska, CLIA Laboratory Certified, Medicare Certified, Member of Nebraska Home Care Association, Accredited by the Joint Commission.
