AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Receptionist Teresa can't do her job. She called me to tell me my dogs remains arrived in their office after already receiving my dogs remains from my ACTUAL vet over 8 months ago. Teresa was persistently telling me I received the wrong remains.... As a matter fact, I have a voicemail from her telling me it's my dog. After contacting the crematorium directly, they did let me know that Teresa did not do her job correctly. They informed me the last name of the dog that they received with the remains was written on the bottom of the box. So instead of looking at the last name on the box Teresa assumed it was my dog who's only been to this vet ONE time OVER 7 years ago. As a matter of fact, she didn't want to take accountability and apologize like a big girl! She actually hung up the phone on me instead of listening to what I had to say how awful this is to do the human. This is absolutely disgusting that you allow people like Teresa to work in a veterinary clinic in cause this mental torment on people without apologizing and having the audacity to hang up the phone after telling someone they received the wrong dead dog. Absolutely disgusting.
