With over 15 years of working in Educational Administration and Teaching, I bring my professional and personal experience in empowering your children in all subjects. As a teacher and school administrator, I am Certified by the State of Washington in English Language Arts, Spanish, Social Studies, School Principal, Program Administrator, Highly Qualified in English Language Learnings, Bilingual Education, and TESOL Certification.
My work philosophy as an Instructor and School Administrator is integrating Dr. Dweck's Growth Mindset Principle in which students can learn from their mistakes and efforts, achieving academic, social, and emotional growth. Additionally, I also integrate your child's needs such as their Individual Educational Plans (IEPs) or Medical 504 Plans, providing the utmost comfort and safety using the best instructional practices. Serving families in Bellevue, Ballard, Bothell, New Castle, Seattle, West Seattle, Mercer Island, I practice the safest protocols on COVID-19 with 1:1 instruction with 1 student or up to five students in a home both in English and or Spanish.
