This place is the worst to work with. I call to make an appointment to take my dog into and I am on hold for 30 plus minutes. Then the only appointments they have are urgent care visits, which are an extra cost.
When I did finally take my dog to the vet, the first thing the vet did to my sick dog was pull clumps of hair out of his ears. That was not the problem I was bringing him in for. Then he wouldn't listen to what I said and guess"bed side manner" is horrible. He treated me as if I was and idiot.
Then when I try to get heartworm drugs from a different supplier then from them, they drag their feet and don't want to pass the information on to the online pet pharmacy.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

we took our little 13 year dog in yesterday because of a cough concern. Dr.Kate Hooley saw us and was the most compassionate doctor we have ever seen for our little dog. She was so gentle and caring as she examined him . Sadly our little dog had congestive heart failire and there wasn't much we could do for him...After decideing it was time to let him cross the the Rainbow Bridge she came iin . put a nice blanket on the table and gave him a shot that put him asleep and then after he was asleep she gave him a shot of the medicine to end his suffering... This was the firjt time i have ever had a pet given so much care and compassion
