We dropped our 2 dogs off at Paws for the first time last week while we went away for a week. Every day, Jacki sent multiple pictures showing our dogs playing and having fun which put my mind at ease. This is the best place to leave your fur babies and ours will definitely go back next time we need to board them. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was very pleased with the care my Sheltie Maggie received from Jackie. Maggie was allowed all around the house, on the sofa, on the porch, in the large, fenced yard. It was just like home for her! I wouldn't hesitate to take her back to Jackie!

Jackie takes such good care of our dog, she is very attentive to him while he is there! We love the daily updates, he always has a fantastic time during his stay.

She's responsible and dependable. My dog loves her. She sends me pictures and timely updates. Extremely satisfied!!! I have been using her service for over a year.

Jackie was very welcoming and friendly. She was flexible with timing and even came to our house to take care of Yogi. When we left him at her house for the afternoon we received several pictures and updates throughout the day. He was so tired out that evening and we could tell he had a lot of fun with Jackie and the other dogs.

Jacki kept our dachshund Dottie for us during a recent vacation. We can't say enough good things about the care she provided for our precious little girl. We received pictures and videos daily of Dottie playing with the other dogs. Dottie suffers from separation anxiety, and the pictures and videos went a long way in providing us peace of mind that she was happy and comfortable. We are very grateful to Jacki and thrilled to have found someone we can trust to take care of our baby.

I highly recommend Jackie to take care of our pets. I would absolutely leave my dog Louie with her again. Jackie communicated with me every day while I was on vacation- she initiated the communication- not the other way around. Was very quick to respond, and texted pictures of Louie's day. I highly recommend her!!

I have had Jacki come out to my home twice while I'm out of town and will be coming again on Sunday to walk my little Jack (schnauzer/poodle) and it's really been such a great help to me to have her to count on and I don't have to take him away from home. She is on time, sends pictures, and Jack took to her right away. And even though I have security, I am totally comfortable with her coming into my home. I highly recommend her for anyone needing a sitter or for just a little while to walk your fur baby.

Honestly, I ran out of stars to rate the services I got from Jacki. I actually feel a little embarrassed to have even asked her for references before having her take care of my dog.
I contacted her 4 days before traveling outside of the country and she responded very promptly. She gave me a very good and reasonable rate to take care of my dog while I was away.
My dog loved her from the 1st time he met her. She gave me a lot of reassurance that my black lab would be very well taken care of and indeed he was.
She is a very good communicator and she kept me up-to-date with anything happening while I was away. She did even more than what I asked for and she took very good care of my dog by feeding him, playing with him and even walking him long distances which he loves. I really appreciate she went the extra mile. She picked up my mail, did a little cleaning and even cleaned up the litter box for my cat. It appears she also rescued my cat who locked him self into a room. I am so satisfied and very grateful with her services that I will have a lot of trouble trusting my dog to anyone else. She even kept a log of all the activities she did with my dog.
Usually when I return from a long trip and I have boarded my dog I find him very anxious, apprehensive and very sad. This time, when I came back home he was really happy and pretty much a normal dog.
I am very thankful with her for such outstanding work and for her unparalleled dedication and love for animals.
