I liked the pet sitter, but my credit card was charged more than I was told It would be. They added a holiday fee that wasn't included on their confirmation email that said it listed "all costs for services". They won't refund it. They suggested that it was my own fault that I was surprised by the extra fee because I didn't read the holiday fee policy on their website.
