I brought my dog in to be groomed and my dog was ruined. I was mortified when I came in to pick up my dog. I asked them specifically to call me before making any drastic decisions, and though they may have had my dogs best interest at heart - so they say, I would never have OK'd their decision. It is the dead of winter and my dog is just 5-6 pounds, and I don't know how anyone could ever justify shaving a dog that small down to their skin. My dog is so cold I can hardly take him out on walks and it has made him very uncomfortable, and that eats away at me everyday. It kills me to see my dog in such discomfort and no one should have to go through that.

The receptionists are lovely, but I would NEVER recommend that anyone should take their dog here. The groomer is horrendous, the building is disgusting, and they made no effort to rectify their mistakes after multiple disappointed and frustrated phone calls.

The city is flush with groomers and boarders... FIND ANOTHER ONE
