I was a high school teacher in LAUSD school district for 16 years and just recently decided to leave a job that I love to pursue other passions. One of those passions is my love for pets. I have been taking care of pets since I was in high school. I love hiking, walking, playing, jogging, etc. with the furry companions. I am also extremely easy going which many times helps to put animals at ease. I understand the care working class people have for their pets and the anxiety they feel when they have to leave them home alone all day, especially when work hours are long (it wasn't too long ago, I experienced the same feelings). When a pet has a daily routine and exercise they tend to be happier and less destructive. My experience as a teacher has been transformed to my care for animals. Both jobs have demanded: organization, control, love, listening skills, the ability to foresee upcoming problems, dependability, trustworthiness and a host of other things, which is just too much to mention. I am extremely affordable, dependable, flexible, professional, and organized. It would be a pleasure for me to work with you and your pet whether on a daily basis or when you are out on vacation, my job is to make sure both you and your pet needs are met.
