-Locally Owned and Operated - we are available to our clients and caregivers 24/7, 365 days a year.

Our caregivers are hand-selected to match our clients needs and personality. Our filter in selecting caregivers - Would I allow this person to care for my mother, father, grandmother, grandfather? If the answer is no, they are not a part of our registry of caregivers.

All of our caregivers complete a selection process that includes:
Criminal background check and motor vehicle record check that includes all counties and all states:
Skills assessment
Character assessment
Personal and Professional references check
Verification of skill appropriate certifications/license
Professional liability insurance
Auto Insurance.

Partners in Private Care was born out of an unmet need in the home care industry to help clients with specific custodial needs in a way that preserves dignity, allows our clients to age in place, and ensures peace of mind for our clients and their families.

Nursing graduate of Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, Texas.
Kari has more than 18 years of nursing experience caring for patients ranging from new born to seniors. Her experience includes working in Med\Surg, Hospice, Employee Health and Wellness. Kari's experience has not only taught her how to care for people but brought out her passion that is to teach her clients to live healthier, safer and more fulfilling lives.

Managing Partner
Professional History
Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix. Greg has more than 15 years of business experience which includes, Executive Director of the Courtyards at River Park. Greg started his career as a Paramedic in the Emergency Room and Fire Rescue.
