About
Aloha! My name is Cara and I'm from Hawaii. We moved to Washington in 2013 and absolutely love it here. I am a nurse who recently decided that I'd like to stay home and work with children. I worked in the medical field for almost 10 years with patients from newborn to geriatric. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I volunteered at a daycare center while in college, working in the infant and toddler rooms. I also have 4 children of my own ranging from infant to 14 years old.
I have a daily schedule I always try to stick by that includes and is not limited to reading time, free play, art, sensory play, outside play (if weather permits), nap time, meals, snacks, etc. I'm very flexible, hours are negotiable if needed. I offer discount for families with more than one child enrolled.
I hope to be able to enrich your child(ren)'s life and provide a home away from home.
