One day you're late, other days you don't even show up. FOR LIVE SAVING TREATMENTS! You then said he didn't have an appointment when I CLEARLY HEARD HIM CALL 9 days ahead of time knowing I couldn't take him! People will die in these degenerates care! Don't trust your loved ones with this company!
