I have a mixed age child care. I care for children from infancy through age 5. I worked as a preschool teacher for 5 years at Grand Avenue Christian School. When my daughter started Junior High, I wanted to make sure that there was somebody at home when she came home from school; so I decided to open an in-home daycare, and have been doing it for over 15 years now.
I seek to create a nurturing environment that is safe for each child. It is my sincere desire to provide warm, responsible and loving care for your child. It is not my purpose to displace you as the natural parent, but to make my child care an extension of your family unit. I want you to feel confident that your child is safe with me. I want to work with you to help your child develop spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, intellectually and creatively.
I offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, story time, games, art projects, learning time, outdoor play, music, exercise, quiet time, parties (i.e. Birthday, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, etc.) and so much more.
