Pali Adventures believes that a well-trained, fun-loving, warm and caring staff is critical for the successful summer camp for each child.

Each summer, all of Pali's staff are required to attend our 14-day staff training orientation period (industry standard is 8-days).

Our intensive training and development program, includes American Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification, group case studies, conflict resolution classes, child psychology seminars and interactive programs to add to their ability to lead, supervise and relate to campers of all ages.

Specialty program leaders and staff are also selected for their extraordinary degree of expertise - from national certifications, to years of hands on experience, impeccable references and so much more. Their excellence and professionalism ensures the highest quality experience and the most powerful learning environment for Pali's specialty campers.
