Pacific Health Systems is staffed with Professional Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who deliver quality healthcareto both adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes. Our Nurses are well-trained and experienced in: -Healthcare needs assessment -Preventing Falls -Wound Care and Dressing Changes -Symptom Management -Chronic Pain Management -Vital Signs Monitoring -IV Therapy -Respiratory Care -Management and Care of Urinary Catheters -Heart Failure Patient Care -Ostomy and Colostomy Care and Management -Therapeutic Anti-Coagulation -Administration of Prescribed Medication -Diabetic Care Personal Support Services: We offer a level of care that involves activities of daily living such as assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, and eating.
