We provide Primary and Specialty Physician Services, Dental, Vision, Medications, Adult Day Health Care (breakfast and lunch served), Personal Care in the home, Transportation, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, Medical Equipment, Nutritional Counseling, Spiritual Care, Caregiver Support, Social Services, Recreational Therapy, Inpatient and Outpatient Services contracted with Our Lady of Lourdes.
